Unsanitary conditions resulting from the lack of clean water from America’s illegal and immoral invasion is more likely the cause than lack of doctors to administer C-sections. Another possible cause of high infant mortality is from the depleted uranium ammunition that the US has used in abundance even though the UN has listed it as a weapon of mass destruction.
