Now I know why wingnut favorite Powerline is the “Blog of the Year”:
It must be very strange to be President Bush. A man of extraordinary vision and brilliance approaching to genius, he can’t get anyone to notice. He is like a great painter or musician who is ahead of his time, and who unveils one masterpiece after another to a reception that, when not bored, is hostile.
Or he’s like those art-school posers who grind out obscure, derivative crap, skip most of the critiques and end up barely passing only because they’re so talented at giving head to the teachers.
Just sayin’.

Cool aid…..
Why, Susan, I had no idea you’d ever attended art school. Or at least cast your cold eye on the inner workings of one with such precision.
Drama schools are often the same…
Or he’s like those art-school posers who grind out obscure, derivative crap, skip most of the crits and end up barely passing only because their father donated $250,000 to the school.I have to wonder: just how much Kool Aid do you have to drink to write such drivel as that written by Hinderaker? He writes as if educated, but the content is far removed from reality.
Sounds just like the “Great Helmsman” shit that was ground out about Mao…
Oh yeah, I went to art school. Didn’t finish, though.
Now that I think on it, I remember the self-portrait you once posted on the site. I thought it displayed a singular talent, if you’ll permit the compliment.
well let’s see. if powerline thinks gw is a brilliant genius, yet no one else does or seems to notice, which is more logical, that everyone else is wrong about gw, or that powerline is?
