As you know, it’s highly unusual that I waste space linking to the chattering magpies of the right wing. But in this case, I’ll make an exception, because with a national tragedy unfolding, it’s so illustrative of their priorities:
I’m so disgusted right now I can’t see straight. First of all, why the heck is George Bush shoving a disgraced, impeached former president into the spotlight? We had to look at this man for 8 years, and the last two were torturous. Why do we have to see him again, hanging out with the Bushes?
We voted Bush in office because we thought he’d clean up the joint and restore the honor it once had. But every time we turn around we see Clinton with a tin cup asking “the American people� for money.
And what about that? Why doesn’t he send Slick Willie to beg overseas? Send him on a nice, long trip. Hit up Germany and France for some disaster relief cash. Where the heck is the United Nations? Speaking of money, where is it going to come from? Read Michael Savage’s Disaster Plan. Works for me.
Hey LaShawn, other countries are falling over themselves offering aid. Your Fearless Leader said, “No thanks, we have it all under control.” Your boy, LaShawn. The man you voted for.
I’ve seen a few liberal bloggers blogroll LaShawn Barber. They think she’s “reasonable” - I guess because, despite linking to flaming right-wing assholes like Michael Savage and Michelle Malkin, she insists she’s a political independent. Or maybe because she’s black, and thus, a two-fer.
How very.

reading her comments on this one is funny. check out #41- ‘they didnt arrange for the gun shops to be protected now the area is a shooting zone.’ And from a Republican…. funny coming after the armory looting in Iraq.
LeShawn is a serial Comment deleter - what a coward. I posted two comments - no name calling, no vitriole, no swearing - deleted.
leshawn is far from being alone on the right wing in deleting comments. it’s how they make themselves look good. they delete your response so it looks like no liberal was able or willing to counter-argue their point.
she hates clinton so much, even after his presidency. she hates him when he’s doing charitable work. not his policies, him personally. and yet the right wing is in shock and awe when anyone on the left says they dislike GWBush. what hypocrisy.
Well, James, that’s how projection works. Rather than look in the mirror, folks are far more comfortable with the problem being with the other guy. & if you’re comfortable with your beliefs, you don’t have to spend so much energy avoiding criticism of them.
