I vant to know if you meant to write “revamped”.
So true and so sad. Robert Scheer is one of the best writers around. I hope he lands on his feet. LA Times will now make itself competely irrelevant by publishing what has already been written elsewhere.
My gosh, they canned Robert Sheer???? Very weird.
They’ve gone for Jonah because his readers can be relied upon to swallow whales.
Officially reduced themselves to fish wrap.
And this would be the same Goldberg who commonly requests readers send him supporting evidence for whatever ill-considered GOP party line he’s parrotting, since he’s too dumb/lazy to do his own research or his own thinking?
Firing Robert Scheer and hiring Jonah Golberg is like replacing Charlize Theron with Anna Nicole Smith.
I was fired by the LA Times many years ago.
They don’t do that very often — the place used to be known as the Velvet Coffin, and people stayed there forever.
