The Death of Corporate IT

What they always miss in stories like this is pretty glaring - which is, the more centralized commerce is, the more vulnerable our economy becomes to cyberterrorism. Someone might want to give that some thought.
I mean, am I supposed to have faith that they can make Windows sufficiently secure to allow all my important data to reside elsewhere?

Hey, Susie,
Suburban Guerrilla just got a link from the Washington Post!
It’s under the sidebar, “Read What Bloggers Are Saying About This Article” (on the lower right of the page).
Oh, they always do that with any blogger who links to them. It’s their way of being “with it,” as the kids say…
I’m still laughing about that headline. It’s amazing how many so called experts are out there, who don’t even seem to know what an IT department does. Comparing it to electricity…dumb.
Who knows when a vendor you use/d for outsourcing will sell their knowledge of your company to your competitors.
Even Google tracks searches on their site and sells that info.
