Because God knows, capitalism has had to go underground for the past five years! And I’m sure some more reduced regulation would be enough to make, say, those coal mines in West Virginia a healthier place to work:
CHARLESTON, W.Va. Jan 25, 2006 — A multimillionaire businessman entered the GOP race to challenge Sen. Robert C. Byrd on Wednesday, hoping to deny the 88-year-old incumbent Democrat a record ninth term.
John Raese, 55, said he would campaign on a platform touting free enterprise and reduced regulation, among other issues. “What I’m going to run on is a rebirth of capitalism,” he said.

The unceasing onslaught of the liberal media upon capitalism has been merciless, for years now.
It is a marvel that usury in any form has survived. What a relief to have a true champion of compound interest and free markets arise, Phoenix-like from the ashes! Raese is in the race, and all’s right with the world.
Let us hope he tackles the widows and orphans as well. They are up to something, it’s clear. They speak up. They complain. They look hungry. They have issues.
They have forgotten their place.
How I hate them.
