I guess a lot of my relatives are getting the message:
A new poll conducted in Pennsylvania (a battleground “purple” state) by Zogby International and commissioned by OpEdNews.com found that 84.9 percent of Democrats said they would be likely to vote for a congressional candidate who “supports having impeachment proceedings against President Bush.” Only 7.0 percent said they were not likely to vote for such a candidate.
These questions were included in a poll asking about senatorial candidates in Pennsylvania. The complete results are available at www.opednews.com.
The results were even stronger when people were asked “How likely would you be to vote for a candidate who supports a recommendation of impeachment against President Bush if he is found guilty of violating the law?” Among Democrats, 90.8 percent responded either “very likely” or “somewhat likely” (85.2 percent very likely).
Among Republicans, 90.4 percent said they were not likely to vote for a pro-impeachment candidate, and 80.5 percent said they were not likely to back even a supporter of impeaching a convicted violator of the law.
Oh, but we’re the fringe? I don’t think so. Wonder when the media will catch up and run to the front of the parade…

Never, obviously.
Right now most media jobs are about NOT catching up with what is really happening in the country.
LALALALALA I CAN’T HEAR YOU.
You wouldn’t want those nice folks to lose their jobs, now would you?
I have forcefully let my representatives, both in the senate and the house, know that I feel that George W. Bush should be impeached. Both of my senators are republicans and I know this will go nowhere, but at least they know my feelings.
My house representative, Bud Cramer, is a Blue Dog Democrat which I take to mean to be a closet republican. I am continually disappointed in him, but he continues to have no democratic opposition. In response I have become much more involved in local politics in the hopes of finding a viable to Rep. Cramer.
Media inattention to the growing American pro-impeachment sentiment
Those blasphemously “liberal” media outlets have once again deprived the American public of widespread coverage of nothing less than startling poll results. The nonpartisan polling firm Zogby International last month found that by a margin of 52 percent to 43 percent, Americans want Congress to consider impeaching President Bush “if he wiretapped American citizens without a judge’s approval.”
