Big Ass Snow Dinner Menu

Why, the flakes are as big as pillows and the snowdrifts are at least 12 feet high! And you know what that means: snow food.
Tonight’s menu:
Spring Mix Salad with Raspberry Vinagrette
Three-Cheese Tortellini with Vodka Sauce
Crusty Portugese Bread
What’s on your snow menu?

Chicken soup and rice.
Chili and hush puppies. Tacos tomorrow.
Celery and carrots with bleu cheese dressing.
Pasta tossed with parmesian cheese, basil, parseley, and oregano.
Then 1-2 beers.
Mixed green salad with blue cheese/vinegarette dressing. Roasted heads of garlic drizzled with olive oil and a bit of salt, gooey brie (also baked0, crusty bread, strawberries, and red wine…..Sunday: Chicken spezzatino, penne with five cheeses, red leaf lettuce with balsamic onions and chianti….blizzard food, shopped this morning….let it snow!
Bar-B-Q and a RedBull.
I live in Florida.
Huh. It left off the part of my post that included thinly veiled sarcasm. Probably for the best
Hamburger and onion rings with Coca-Cola. Tomorrow — shrimp scampi, roasted garlic fettecini noodles and wine. (Did my weekly shopping early Saturday morning.)
Can of soup, tabasco, and a coke from mexico ( the real real thing)
I made a big damn crockpot full of beef stew.
Only flurries here, so I grilled a ribeye and had twice-baked potatoes, topped off with a donut.
Well dinner last night was a nice Shark Steak with Creamy Risotto with Spring Peas.
Today for lunch after killing myself shoveling I’m going to throw together a Potato Soup.
Last night: tuna & wilted greens in garlic sauce over pasta, then a walk downtown for a coupla oatmeal stouts. Tonight: crockpot chili and a good book. I love snow…
I had the anti-snow dinner last night — a lean cuisine and a salad. It sucked! Roxanne, did you by any chance make enough stew to share?
