Should be informative:
Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) sent a letter to Secretary John Snow, Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) asking him to release all information relating to contacts between Administration officials and Dubai Ports World (DP), RAW STORY has learned.
The Massachusetts senator is demanding the Administration disclose details on the events leading up to the deal proposed by the Bush administration to have the United Arab Emirates-based company run operations at six major U.S. ports.

Sue, on C-SPAN this morning, I heard a caller mention that the previous owner of the port operation, P & O, was owned by the Carlyle Group. Wouldn’t that really make things interesting?

Here’s what gives:the left will attach itself to whatever it believes can gain it some traction against those EVIL republicans( most of which has failed),& this appears to be another attempt.
I personally don’t like the idea of this at all. But c’mon gang,in regards to the present climate, I’d think the Democrats would be all for this.
OK gang, start slammin’
