“Listen, about that 4th Amendment? If you could just abolish it, or just pretend it isn’t there, that would be great.”

For Bush and the other lying criminals who surround him, the Constitution is a terrorist document.
So, it seems GWBush is attempting to set himself up as “supreme” authority.
It also seems cases will arise where this “authority” will be at odds to the Constitution.
When all who took an oath to uphold the Constitution over enemies, domestic and foreign, (that would include all elected officials as well as all military officers), must then confront the contrast, will they uphold their oath or walk with a moron?

This looks a bit like a scoop; I don’t think the dots have been connected before in quite this way.
There’s also a local, PA, angle, since one of the operatives showed up in Olean, PA at a Bush Town Hall….
Do you mean Olean, NY?

Ack, NY, you’re right. As a child, I used to make a trip east in the summer, and I conflated Canandaigua (NY), which was one of our stops, with the Pennsylvania Thruway, which we used to take!
I’ll fix at once, thanks.
