When I was in the Army 30 years
ago, we _always_ had to pay for
our haircuts — even that first
naked-egg job in basic, which
cost, as I remember something
less that $3.
Do you suppose Halliburton or whoever is getting their cost-plus for providing these services?
When my son was in Baghdad, he did not have to pay for internet, but, when he was on the way home and waiting to catch a flight in Kuwait, he did.
Rotten bastards.
If they have to pay for haircuts does this mean they can refuse to get them?
