Kevin Drum addresses a subject near to my heart - progressive funding. I talk to a lot of people from foundations, etc. and they only want to fund programs, ideas that follow a restricted, familiar format. You’d think liberals would get the concept of innovation and creativity, but apparently not. Well, Kevin says things are changing. I hope he’s right.
