I heard about this on NPR last weekend and was still left with the question of why when there’s been filming in the past it’s been charged that it’s voter intimidation yet now it’s suddenly all right?
Because now we’re in a state of constitutional emergency.
A’men, I am so for bringing a video camera and filming EVERYTHING and sending important stuff to both your local news and CNN. But when I’ve brought it up elsewhere, the response has been that there are strict rules about video taping at voting stations as related to voter intimidation, so best to know the rules in your area.
