People compulsively shovel and clear snow and ice away. Ignore it. Let it lie there. It’ll go away. The sun’ll come out tomorrow.
Actually, it’s probably done for the day, because at least in the midstate of Pennsylvania, it’s refreezing now.
Not us, it’s 65 degrees at 9:45PM down here in Tampa.

Well, yes, that’s why I moved to Seattle, can’t shovel rain!

Lucky me! My 10-year old daughter is a snow-shoveling machine! She’s always liked it but now she’s big enough to do it right. By the time I stumbled back to bed arpound 6 after confirming that school was closed, she’d done it all.
I know this is uncalled for. But …
The high was 81 today here in Paradise. No snow to shovel and the only ice is in my Mai Tai.
But I know how you feel. It’s going down to the mid 60s tonight. I’ll have to put on socks and turn the ceiling fan down to low.
Actually went and tried to get a snow blower but the only ones left were too small or jokes of electric models which should last about 2 minutes.
One lesson is never buy a house on a corner, especially with street exposure on 3 sides.
