Not for the poor but for professionals like Doctors and Dentists. There just are not enough Doctors or Dentists to go around. And thes there are just want to make as much money as they can. But clearly you don't need to go to school for 20 years to pull a tooth. The only real to this situation of white-collar greed is some good old fashion capitalism. Lets Nurse Practicioners, PA's, and Dental Hygentists do some work that Doctors and Dentists just don't want to do. Bye the way I go to medical school. The problem is the American Welfare system.
