As a New Mexican who pays attention to local politics, I can tell you Weh is your typical Republican bucket of slime. It’s possible that he thinks he’s helping Pete and Heather by trying to shift the blame onto Rove. He’s extremely loyal to both. It’s just as likely that he is behaving as usual, which is to say, he has a habit of speaking/attacking before thinking.
