…being manly men and women, the folks I hang with and I call it “rain gear”, not “a yellow rain slicker”. We usually even having matching pants but the need for hard hats forces us to forego those jaunty little yellow sou’wester hats…
Of course there are usually only little furry woodland creatures around to comment on our fashion sense…
I have a green one that looks pretty much like that and I wore it yesterday. Hey it rains a lot here! What can I say?
Got one out in the truck. Like rope, a rifle and sleeping bag, don’t leave home without it.
I just bought mine a couple weeks ago, but haven’t had to wear it yet. Yellow was 50% off of the other colors, not a hard decision for me.
I have always wanted to look like the Gordon’s fisherman and it allows me to land planes in an emergency!
I first caught my future wife’s eye while wearing a garment much like this one.

it totally rocks. It’s super light, but because the rubber is a vapor barrier, it’s very warm too.
