I would prefer that the courts get involved, but right now the only place for such a trial is before the Senate in their removal from office. Despite Gonzales' bid to be the first to face this fate, the House should start with Cheney. Nobody is going to remove Bush from the Oval Office if it puts Cheney in charge, even for a few moments.
