Bush and his cronies are complaining that Iraq’s legislature is planning to take too many days off. This from a guy who has already spent more than a year of his Presidency in Crawford. Bush’s bad example of time spent working is biting America in the ass once again.

What as the total work days of the last several republican congresses? The number 240 seems to ring a bell. So that amounts to, what, about 4 months a year. Bush’ time off has been 2.5 months per year. Uh, something about glass houses leaps to mind as well.
So long as they pass this bill before they go I could give a damn how long their holiday is.
In any case anyone who wants to criticise them should remember just how bloody hot Iraq gets in the summertime.
