or supporting articles of impeachment is that it 
would be unseemly, since she would potentially  
benefit by virtue of being third in the line 
of succession.

Isn't this a bogus reason? 
Whenever the majority in the house belongs 
to the other party than the president's, 
that's always the case, therefore so what?  
Impeachment almost always has to originate 
from the opposition party, (how often will a 
party impeach its own?,) so the argument is 
foolish and unrealistic.

Yes, I realize that the impeachment of Gonzalez 
is a different matter than the impeachment of 
Cheney and Bush, but I'm just free-associating 
and wanted to raise that point.</description>
