Most gay people I know aren’t into sex in bathrooms, just sex with members of the same sex.
People who like to harass people for sex in bathrooms (or over the phone, or by peeping in the bathroom window, etc) are more properly called “perverts”.
Larry Craig may or may not be gay (he’s probably deeply closeted), but that has little to do with whether he’s a pervert.
