Where the HELL was Sandra Day O'Connor on this question BEFORE she had a family member who would be affected by it, BEFORE she began to worry about how much paying for the health care her grand-child will have to get, without insurance, could cost her, personally? Where was she when so far as she knew it was *merely* an issue of common humanity?</description>
