About That ‘Rich’ Family

The Frosts, the ones who are being attacked because they had the audacity to get subsidized health insurance for their kids? The ones who are being painted as “wealthy” because a house on their block just sold for more than $400K?
I just want to say that my son and future daughter-in-law lived a few blocks away in Baltimore, and just a few years ago, the neighborhood was still seriously scary and crime-ridden. Yeah, you could see a few blocks where some gentrification was taking hold, but on the whole, it was a fairly desolate area. The Republicans are just trying to change attention from the fact that they are once again being FISCALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. Their base is deserting them because they forget truths such as “pennywise, pound foolish” (perfect description for Bush shorting health care and dumping 10X as much into the black hole of Iraq). How about “a stitch in time saves nine?” Paying for children to get early and timely health care at $30-50 per visit is a heck of a lot less than last ditch efforts in the ER for 10X as much.
These irresponsible Republicans!
