Harry Reid, Senate Republican Leader?

You don’t suppose all that campaign cash he gets from AT&T has clouded his judgment, do you?
Tim Starks of Congressional Quarterly reports that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) plans to bring the Senate’s surveillance bill up for floor debate in mid-November. That’s despite the hold that Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) plans to place on the measure — something first reported by Election Central’s Greg Sargent.
And they wonder why we don’t like them.

Although Senator Reid “plans” to bring up the bill that Dodd “plans” to put a hold on, until Dodd does put a hold on the bill there’s no reason for Senator Reid to change his plan, is there? Are we making too much out of this? I sure hope so….
After a somewhat promising start,
Reid has turned out to be an immense disappointment.
