A friend with a real nose for these things sent me this note and link this morning:
Wonder why the Mob was paying off Kerik? I wonder how a NJ undercover detective gets promoted so rapidly within NYC City GVMNT. Was Kerik’s the Mob’s man in Rudy’s NYC or was Rudy the mob’s man?

I’m just happy to see the New York Times spend its considerable resources on political issues other than cheesesteaks. This is a real shot across the bow to the rest of the media - are they going to let Rudy sail to the nomination unchallenged? Stay tuned.
Rudy is hoping to replace the Bush Crime Family with his own.
