I’ve put off writing about Matthew Dowd (the turncoat Democrat who worked for Bush) because, well, I find him so distasteful. I believe what he calls his “faith” is incredibly shallow and without integrity and while I believe everyone has his or her own path to follow, that doesn’t mean I can’t point out that his shoes are thick with rhetorical and possibly spiritual manure.
And now that he’s been hired by ABC News, he’ll be bloviating all over the place. My gut twists at the idea.
Fortunately for me, Julia’s done the dirty work.
