Recently there was a case of a fake noose incident in Baltimore committed by an African-American firefighter. It would be wrong to say, as many conservatives I'm sure would, say that there is a victimization culture in the African-American community based on this. The truth was the firefighter was about to be suspended for performance related reasons and was attempting I guess to cloud the issue. In this case from Princeton I'm sure in the end it will turn out that there is some deeper issue for the individual.
