		<description>Sounds about right, allthough to spend close to 150K for a roof over your head is hugh amount (keeping in mind that by the time you pay it off, you have actually spent around 350K with interest and all).  Of interesting note, I am 58 and when I was 28, I bought a 1300sq ft home with a hugh lot for 48K on the west coast.  So in 30yrs time, the price of homes have tripled, and the real consequence of the increase to 150K is the amount of interest you pay and guess who gets all that money, it ain't you.</description>
