Really, 49 GOP senators are a solid block that vote together, with maybe one or two defections.

49 Democratic senators are ~25 that vote together most of the time, and the rest that sometimes do, but mostly are searching for the legendary bipartisanship. 

I'd say you get MUCH better policies and ideas from that group of cats, because they're individuals; but sadly there are times when a pack mentality is what's needed.</description>
