		<description>This surprises you?  The whole meme was to free business from the constraints of government.  Can you imagine the loss in profit if they paid taxes or cleaned up after themselves?  

Reminds me of the folks here in Dumbf**kistan that gripe about how much money they would have if taxes weren't taken from their checks.</description>
