Mr. President: 

The current administration has sought to gain virtually unlimited power, through the use of "signing statements" that declare the president's "right" to ignore sections of laws with which he disagrees, and to avoid Congressional oversight, by the assertion of executive privilege.

Would President Hillary Clinton seek to retain these extraordinary executive powers in her administration?</description>
