i don't think anyone can seriously argue that clinton is not getting much harsher treatment than either obama or mccain.

and james, no matter how sleazy her campaign is, she simply doesn't deserve this kind of treatment by the media. i mean, it's fine to call her out for any sleaziness her campaign does (same with the other candidates), but that doesn't excuse how the media has treated her throughout.

You're right, that's disgusting if this was on purpose. In Clinton's defense, it's not as if the candidate signs off on crap like this - they don't even see the stuff before it goes out, it's handled by a direct-mail consultant. Whoever did sign off on it should be publicly shitcanned.

But Aravosis (who's rabidly anti-Clinton) is presenting this as if there's been a long series of similar attacks, and there hasn't. Saying it doesn't make it so.

When you run the kind of sleazy campaign that Clinton is running, how much "help" is needed to destroy your campaign. We are not Republicans and we do not take lightly this kind of thing: http://www.americablog.com/ (See blog on Obama's unusual darkness in the second piece down, under the McCain piece)
