Unforgivable

This guy in Vegas exposes countless people to disease by ordering the reuse of needles at his clinic and the best he can do is sympathy? I cannot even conceive of any punishment bad enough to make justice.
The head of the clinic, Dr. Dipak Desai, purchased space for an open letter in the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Sunday in which he expressed “my deepest sympathy to all our patients and their families for the fear and uncertainty that naturally arises from this situation.”
Desai offered no apology but said a foundation was being set up to cover testing costs. He also defended practices at his clinic, which performs colonoscopies.
Needles only cost about 20 cents apiece. Just so we’re clear, profit is more important than your health and safety.

Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK, so are they going to revoke his medical license?
Prison is to good for this asshole.
So let me get this straight, copyright infringement is now considered a criminal matter in the USA but something like this is merely a civil matter?
