		<description>There was a line a ways down in the article saying that cars will have to have fewer amenities, like no back seat video, and no headlight wipers, and will Americans actually buy such horrors? I wish car makers would give people more credit than that. It would cost less to buy, and less to run. Some people are actually smart enough to think that's a good deal. People around here (in the land of Dodge Ram Pick Up Trucks) are looking at little two seater things that run on whatever, because it's fine for the normal driving they do. So yeah, put out a cheap little car for running errands, and people will scoop them up. But that might just be reality based people.</description>
