By the time I left for work, northbound traffic was closed from Girard Ave. and up. I finally got onto the Betsy Ross bridge, but the westbound Richmond St. exit is closed, so I don't know how I'm going to get home. Should be fun!</description>

not sure if it helps, but as of 645-7am this morning the castor ave ramp NB 95 was OPEN and there was not much traffic getting on there...

It looked like the official detour on ramp--bridge st aramingo was a real mess and traffic was way backed up there.

I drove right by the messed up support this morning on RIchmond st. just looks like a column with some busted concrete.

I was shocked at how fast they had people there working, they were already jack hammering away when I drove by at 650am.</description>
