Citizens Arrest

IVAW (Iraq Veterans Against the War) members seize National Archives Building in front of hundreds of surprised museum visitors. Response from visitors including teachers, students, vacationers was highly positive though there were a few horrified faces in the crowd. IVAW read the terms of their Citizens Arrest Warrant and stood their ground for 90 minutes.

Excellent.
“…swore an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC…”
I can only wish that more of our politicians honored this same oath. Nancy? Harry? Are you listening?
That’s awesome.
There are no grounds for protesting or any citizens actions. In 2004 the Amrican people re-elected George Bush, many claiming he talked with GOD! (Check in the Bible as to how men men actually talked with GOD! A handful at best.) by re-electing him, We The People gave him the mandate to continue with his policies. I didn’t vote for him, but all of my neighbors did, even with knowing his record from the previous four years. Their votes gave him the authority to do as he pleases. It is four years too late to be marching or waving signs. America has the president they made and they will have to bear him until 2009, and that is by the Constitution!
