Quit Swallowing Bullshit Reprise

Just to be as fair as I possibly can about this, regurgitating shit out of Rupert Murdoch’s Times of London that casts doubt on Senator Clinton is an example of the sort of thing I was discussing in the last post. The Times of London is not a credible source for coverage of U.S. politics generally, or Democratic politicians particularly. There may be accurate quotes, and even sometimes accurate facts, but they will be presented in the most damaging way possible. The communication stream of conspiracy commerce is not our friend.

Actually, I have had discussions about this topic with an entirely different conclusion with a co-worker.
The American media is distracted and incapable of reporting news and generally assessing the underlying themes to the point where the only place to get real news that isn’t entirely biased is often the foreign press.
The Times of London doesn’t appear to be nearly as biased as American newspapers and I think that simply lumping it as Murdoch owned isn’t an objective analysis. I didn’t see anything in that referenced quote dumped in the comment at Booman’s to suggest that it was ’shit’
I suppose that it begs the question…which media sources do you trust?
I try very hard not to actively trust any of them. But beyond that, when it comes to political coverage, I do not trust media outlets that are part of a system intended to harm the Democratic party. This includes, but is hardly limited to, any News Corp holding, anything which was run by Conrad Black which hasn’t washed itself of his taint and anything owned by Sun Myung Moon.
I claim no expertise on this issue, but didn’t Clinton have a reconciliation of sorts with Murdoch? A few years ago when she appeared to be the presumptive nominee? Since I don’t watch tv news, i don’t know whether that led to any softening in Fox News’ treatment of her. [I have seen the clips of MSNBC personalities whaling on her, so I know it’s been a tough season for her.] Any answers, opinions or comments?
