When Bush-cheney says he need money for infrastructure, he's talking about hardened bases in Iraq where US military personell will be stationed indefinitely. Destroy basic services to cow the remaining population. 4. Sink new wells, and run new pipelines. 5. Retire on the beach in Dubai.
