Also, if you have health insurance (I know you've had lots of times when you didn't) you could get an ENT guy to get you a CAT scan, see if your sinuses are messed up, and do a roto-rooter thing on them. I had it done a couple of years ago, and honestly it was the best medical procedure I've ever had. No colds nor sinus infections since. In the meantime, arms around you, and pass the tissues.
