		<description>How warm is the warm you want to be?  

My apartment has south-southwest exposure and between that and the heat I get, the livingroom (with the window wall) gets too hot and I end up opening windows.  I took the temperature one day and it was in the high 80s.  There's not a lot the building can do for me because of residents on the north face who don't get the sun as I do, but I feel better when the indoor temp is in the low 70s.</description>
