So her statement here was in fact a mixed bag, and certainly political gamesmanship in some degree (shocking that a politician would do such a thing, I know). But ... could be worse, she didn't have to denounce the ad at all. Eh. Mixed messages ... head hurts ... Having said that, she did take her shot at Obama on this earlier, when she proclaimed that she would have left Wright's church if she'd heard him say all those horrible things, adding fuel to that fire. But these new Wrighjt/Obama attacks are not Hillary's, and she is doing right to denounce them now, and McCain. It's politically not hard for her to do so under these circumstances (dissing potential opponent Mccain, while distancing herself from the Wright attacks as others make them), and I wouldn't exactly call it solidarity, but still ... good for her for making this statement in clear and forthright terms.
