Well, it’s sort of like a health care plan. I mean, it involves health, and it’s a plan - albeit a shitty, half-assed sort of plan. But I’m sure it comes in a very nice folder!

Nothing else is even considered.
Hmmm, a $5K tax credit would allow a typical family of four to buy into an HMO for about 3 and a half months. Asssuming said family unit would match this with another $5K, they would still be uncovered for five months out of the year. Why am I not surprised that McSame comes up short?
