Yes, they provide work for their Guatemalan nannies, their Mexican landscapers, and the Argentinian chef. But they did not pay for the roads, the police, the courts, the POTW, and the list goes on. I guess it’s hard to comprehend simple economics: when taxes are cut there is less revenue. When less revenue comes in, you can’t afford to maintain your roads, sewers, and other infrastructure that requires regular maintenance. So you put it off.
