I’m glad to see this.
If elected president, Democratic White House hopeful Barack Obama said one of the first things he wants to do is ensure the constitutionality of all the laws and executive orders passed while Republican President George W. Bush has been in office.
Those that don’t pass muster will be overturned, he said.
During a fund-raiser in Denver, Obama — a former constitutional law professor at the University of Chicago Law School — was asked what he hoped to accomplish during his first 100 days in office.
One worry I’ve always had about Obama is that he’ll be prone to inaction in the service of ‘unity’ and ‘healing’ and won’t pursue aggressive investigation into the last eight years of criminality. Comments like this from him are encouraging. We’ll see.

why would you think that?
The guy has certainly followed through to “not be so restrained” when it comes to attacking Republicans.
That’s true. I guess I hadn’t thought about it like that.
At this late stage in the campaign (he’s been running for a year and a half), it’s not a start. It’s lip service.
Yea, and how ’bout this one: “I will guarantee that all eleven million children who do not have health care, will get it within the first 100 days.” That would be lip service we could at least hold him to, considering he IS a politician.
