And she never slapped the cop, and if she did she was within her constitutional rights as a Congressman to do so, as the police are PROHIBITED from arresting a Congressman on the way to chambers. PERIOD. It's in the body of the constitution, not even in the Bill of Rights. The Atlanta Journal DID in fact libel her by attributing FALSE quotes. And she never slapped the cop, and if she did she was within her constitutional rights as a Congressman to do so, as the police are PROHIBITED from arresting a Congressman on the way to chambers. PERIOD. It’s in the body of the constitution, not even in the Bill of Rights.
