Even Dubya knows this. A couple of days ago, he told some fat-cat Texas supporters that “Wall Street got drunk.” (Not mentioning that there were enabling bartenders such as Alan Greenspan.)
At that event, he asked people to turn off any recording devices, but someone made a video and put it on YouTube. It was removed (I wonder why — death threats?), but a TV station got a copy and aired it.
I blame Greenspan.
