		<description>The Washington State Highway Patrol is putting some serious quality time into (1) writing tickets for folks who violate the "no cell phones used while driving" law, and (2) making this effort very, very public.

I call things like this "cop theatre" (different connotation from "security theatre"), but I highly approve when they use their heads about it.  As they're doing here.  New law, so you DO NOT want people to just let it slide.  It was enacted for a reason.</description>
