That NJ residents would have figured out that Gov. Chris Christie is merely the East Coast mirror image of Arnold “Cut All Social Programs” Schwarzenegger. Gubernatorial elections are more than a popularity contest – they’re the legislative expression (at least theoretically) of a party’s positions.
And if there’s one thing we all know about Republicans, it’s that they’re all about privatization.
At least we’re still surprised when the Democrats embrace it!
