I didn’t read the cartoon as Obama having raped Lady Liberty (but there is that pesky FISA vote…and civil liberties issues from BushCo he’s keeping in place…), but more a rather arrogant guy telling a woman who thought they’d connected and had the beginning of something good going on, then being treated like a one night stand.
But she’s really into him, hopes next time will be different, and she really loves him, so he knows he can keep coming back, causing her more pain.
I’d have put SocSec in the last line….
