Once we were able to cancel it, they told us my partner, who’s not even on the account, ordered it.
I forget what is was called. But it seems they just put themselves on the bill – the account (in our case AT&T) allowing it and disengaging.
“Hey, we don’t know about it – you must have ordered the service!!”
No, we never ordered it. We don’t even know what you do.
Class action cause? Perhaps. But the thing that would bother me most is that lawyers would get rich – we may get our money back.
Conspiracy? Who knows.
